About Top Coin Events

Founded in 2010 by Austin-based DJ MadCoins, Top Coin Events is built on nearly three decades of musical experience of his spanning clubs, lounges, festivals, radio, weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and international stages. A lifelong DJ, record collector, and music curator, DJ MadCoins honed his craft through years of mobile DJing, club and bar residencies, radio shows, and and even spontaneously during global travel—learning how music brings people together across cultures and communities.

Top Coin Events blends technical skill, deep musical knowledge, and thoughtful crowd reading to create memorable, high-energy experiences. Our roster of DJs and musicians have performed at SXSW, festivals, and concerts, including opening sets for legendary artists like Run-DMC and Lindsey Stirling.

We believe entertainment is both an art form and a cultural responsibility. Every event is approached with intention—honoring musical roots while delivering fresh, relevant sounds through seamless mixing, rare edits, and creative curation. Whether on a packed dance floor or an intimate celebration, our goal is simple: to create connection, movement, and collective joy through music, reflecting the best parts of the human experience.
